With a carefully balanced 50% dynamic and 50% static structure, we help you understand the core mechanics of yoga at a comfortable and manageable pace.

In this foundational yoga class, we cover everything you need to feel comfortable and capable in the studio. We move slowly so that you can absorb all of the details.

This class is perfect for those getting back in to yoga as well as for those who have never taken a yoga class. Topics that get taught in this class include poses and their names, basic alignment, how to breathe, how to be in the flow of a yoga class, and how to effectively transition from pose to pose.

  • Yes, our Begin yoga class is held in an infrared heated yoga studio, where we use advanced infrared heat panels to provide a supportive and relaxing warmth that benefits your muscles and joints.

  • Our Begin yoga class is gently heated to 88 degrees. This mild temperature helps your body relax and stretch safely without feeling overwhelming.

  • You will build a foundation for your yoga journey. Mastering proper alignment and breath work builds physical confidence, reduces the risk of injury, and sets you up to comfortably attend any other class on our schedule.
