After completing my 200-hour certification through Yoga One in 2018, I’ve enjoyed sharing the transformative power yoga has had on my life, teaching intimate, personalized classes in the privacy of my home. I am excited to continue to teach at True North Yoga, where I can be with the community. I teach mindful vinyasa flow, designed to support students in finding their edge. I believe that in finding your edge, growth will follow. And your edge might look very different than your neighbor's. My mat is where I feel safest to explore what I’m capable of without comparison, leading me to feel connected and present. I’m ready to support you in any way I can in reaching your edge on your mat.

Hi, I’m Mandy. As a student, I have a deep passion for movement, expression, and exploration in my body.  My personal practice is strong and physical, and while that part of it makes me feel confident, it is the quiet and stillness my mind receives—a chance to connect to something bigger than myself. For me, this is the spiritual part. This is why  I show up to my mat.

We all have our own rituals before class at True North Yoga. Mine is setting the vibe with smells and sounds, cleansing the space, and getting quiet in my own head to become a clear channel for students. I want to create a space for people to be intelligent with their bodies and for students to have their own inner wisdom and listen to their Intuition.

  • DIRECTOR

Hi, my name is Ryver! My practice is my rock, my lifestyle, my true north, and my very favorite thing to share. I believe the practice of yoga largely exists off of your yoga mat, but the mat is where it begins. When I teach, I try to create a safe space for practitioners to explore themselves & sensations in their bodies. My goal is that people are present, 100% authentically themselves, & able to find love for all parts of themselves & their practice in the process. My personal practice is a combination of discipline, repetition, and fun, fluid movement. I greatly believe in doing the work, playing the long game, & the power of choice for how we show up. I want to connect you to your greatest self & support you in taking your yoga off the mat. I cannot wait to practice with you!

  • INSTRUCTOR

Hola, my name is Camila. I was born in Riobamba, Ecuador, high up in the mountains of South America, my yoga practice started I was 15 years old. My first teacher was Cris Gaibor, an incredible teacher and artist who taught me this amazing philosophy for three years. I admire him deeply for all those years, both as a teacher and as a human being. Around that same time, I discovered that I also wanted to be a teacher, although I didn’t yet know I wanted to teach yoga. I continued practicing with many other teachers. I completed my first teacher training in kids yoga, and since I had studied to become a kindergarten teacher, it made perfect sense to me.

I always saw my teachers as being far ahead of me, and I couldn’t make the decision to teach adults because I thought I wasn’t ready yet. Then I shifted my focus inward, practicing yoga not only on the mat but in my daily life. Eventually, the opportunity came to me: I received the gift of completing my 200-hour teacher training through a scholarship. That is when my path as an adult yoga teacher truly began.

I believe in nature and in the deep connection between humans and the natural world. My classes are fun and rooted in that. I love practicing here at True North Yoga, both as a student and as a teacher.

Yoga is one it doesn’t matter if you are guiding a class or taking it; we are all sharing that present moment, practicing going to the deepest places inside.

    See you in class.

  • TEACHER

For nearly a decade, Chasity has devoted her work to guiding others toward deeper alignment, presence, and healing. As a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, mindfulness meditation teacher, somatic soundbath facilitator, and Level III Usui Reiki Master, her teachings bridge the physical, energetic, and spiritual layers of wellbeing.

Rooted in trauma-conscious yoga, mobility work, and mindfulness-based neuroplasticity techniques, you’ll feel empowered to rewire patterns of stress and reconnect with your innate capacity for calm and clarity. When your body is aligned, the heart and mind gain clarity, and from that clarity arises spiritual strength and expansion. Through this expansion, liberation, and deep presence, you will find a deeper union with yourself, with others, and with the world

At True North Yoga, practice is a team effort.

We show up for each other and our community with trust, support, and empowerment.

Together, we create a collective energy that transforms practice into something greater than the individual experience.

Alignment starts here.
