Yes, Flow class practices 25-30 minutes of pranayama and/or meditation practice before we begin moving. Ryver will teach you how to set up your meditation seat as well as walk you through how to breathe and practice the different breathing techniques.

Yes, our Flow Yoga class welcomes beginners who are open to exploring movement and mindfulness without the need for perfection in each pose. Instruction is provided in detail for breath work. There is minimal cueing and instruction for the poses.
