We help you synchronize your breath with powerful postures to ground you deeply in the present moment while you build physical strength and improve flexibility and mobility.

In our Hatha-Vinyasa yoga class, you will explore a rhythmic flow of breath and body. We incorporate both held static postures and dynamic moving series to help you build focus and endurance.
