Breathwork Journey

An evening breathwork journey to quiet the mind, reset the body, and reconnect with the peace within.

Through guided breath, gentle visualization, and music, we'll take a journey inward guided by the breath.

You'll settle into a deep calm and a quiet sense of bliss. We'll close with reflection and integration over a warm cup of cacao/tea, giving the experience time to land.

Expect to leave peaceful, open, and more connected to yourself. All levels are welcome. No experience needed.


What to bring
Yoga mat
Eye mask
A blanket
Your favorite mug for cacao (or tea)
A water bottle

How to prepare
Come on a lighter stomach. Try to finish eating at least an hour before.
Wear something comfortable and warm. You'll be lying down for most of it.
Arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in.
