Dani is a bilingual Latina therapist who provides holistic, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, high-performance pressures, chronic illness, and trauma.
Her approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, Mind-Body Therapies, and EMDR to support healing that goes beyond symptom management and reconnects individuals with themselves in a deeper, more sustainable way.
Passionate about the mind-body connection and nervous system health, Dani helps clients build self-awareness, understand emotional patterns, and develop tools for greater presence, regulation, and emotional well-being. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with curiosity, compassion, and honoring the full complexity of the human experience.
